The "A" key has stopped working properly. 90% of the time it fails to register and when it does, often types two "A"'s. I have reset synapse, updated firmware, cleaned the keyboard completely, but still get the same issue, I'm unsure how to go about resolving this, given the key is crucial for typing its getting rather frustrating to the point where there keyboard is practically unusable.
It was purchased a number of years ago so I'm unsure whether warranty will be able to do anything about it, any advice is welcome. Thank you.
