Razer Blackwidow Chroma v2 malfunctioning.

Hey,
Recently from a couple days a go I've experiencing some issues with the "D" key on my keyboard. The keyboard is around 1.5 years old. The problem is very much visible while typing a lot or gaming. Sometimes the key doesn't register my input or it registers it after a second delay when i hold it very hard. Sometimes it works completely fine like now while I'm writing this thread. I'm not sure if I can currently find the warranty for it.
I've cleaned the key caps and the switch itself with compressed air. My questions are:
Can I fix this myself and how? And if I can't, what should I do?
Thanks in advance,
Alex

Is the key malfunctioning with and without Synapse running in the background? I can try to check for possible firmware solutions, but I'll need the serial number of the device. I can use that too to validate the warranty status. Let's go from there.
I have the same issue. The key 'D' is not registered about 30% of the times I press. My model is Blackwidow Chroma (V1). I have it for about 4 years. I haven't done anything yet. Is there a way to fix it myself?

Given the age of the device, I am inclined to think that this is a switch issue. That said, PM me the serial number of your keyboard so I can look for a model-specific fix.

I’ve just PM the serial number.
