Hey guys i am new here and i want some help with my keyboard.
my issue is that some keys dont color right... for example all my keyboard is grey and the 'c' and 'd' keys are red. i tried to change the colors through synapse but nothing happened.
Does anyone knows if it is a software problem or my switches are fried? anyone knows hoe to fix it?

More than likely a software issue, especially if it's a new keyboard. Start with the basic uninstall/reinstall of Synapse. I would also try saving other effects and seeing if they work normally, Wave, Spectrum cycle, etc.

Probably just a fresh software install should fix it? :rolleyes:

First of all when you start pc your keybord is all on one color or the same behevior is before the windows start ?

In this case i will say it might be a pcb or controller issue on keybord and the best way will be to send to warranty. Before the windows start keybord sould use on board preset of lightning. You can cheack also on difrent pc is the same behevior is there but from your post above i dont think this change anything.
