Hi guys, this is my first time posting in this group so I'm not sure about how to express the issues I'm having but I'll do my best.

I have Razer Blackwidow Elite keyboard and a Razer viper mouse. Both are incredible products but lately I've been having some issues which I'm not sure the origin. 2 or 3 months ago after playing some PUBG games I realized that my game froze, I restarted my pc and when I was entering my windows PIN I realized that the keyboard stopped working. That day I thought PUBG broke my keyboard and I was pretty angry but after some minutes the keyboard came back to life. I thought it was some kind of bug and didn't pay enough attention. Several weeks after I realized I had the same issue when I tried to start my PC. This second time the keyboard stopped working for about 1 hour and again I didn't know what to do. Weeks after the second event I began to understand the pattern, when I turn on my computer the keyboard's lights start lighting but at some point before entering the Windows PIN they stop, when they are stopped they keyboard just doesn't work, but when the K.B lights again the keyboard works normally. The problem here is that lately the mouse is having the same issue and the only thing I do in order to solve this problem is switching the USB ports of both razer products.

At a moment I thought that the keyboard was just having issues and a friend of mine lent me his K.B. My friend's K.B worked normally in my PC and he took mine to his home and told me that my Blackwidow was working properly at his home.

The last issue I found was that sometimes the keyboard just go crazy and spam a letter like I was pressing it, for example the "A". Right now I've tried everything I could, I deleted the razer apps and re-installed them again, I switch the USB ports for mouse and keyboard but I haven't gotten any clue to solve this problem. I'm trying to avoid installing windows again because I feel that it won't solve the problem but if any of you have and idea on how to get over this I'll appreciate it a lot.

Here you have my setup's specifications so far in case you consider that the problem is hidden somewhere else.

Keyboard: Blackwidow Elite

Mouse: Razer Viper

G.C: GeForce RTX 2070 Super

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core

Ram: 16 Gigas

Board: MSI B450 Gaming plus

This sound like a software/driver problem. Did you already try updating the drivers of the keyboard and mouse? Make sure your Windows OS is updated as well. PM me the serial numbers of your devices if you're still experiencing the same issue so I can validate their model and look for other workarounds to help you resolve the issue.
