Razer Blackwidow TE Chroma V2 - Repeat Keys Randomly

I have an interesting problem that keeps cropping up on my Razer Blackwidow Chroma TE (v2). It doesn't matter if it's plugged directly into the USB port on the desktop, or into the USB hub in the Razer Chroma desktop. I saw several people suffering from this problem in various corners of the world, but apparently without a solution... If anyone knows what I should do, I'd be grateful, thanks in advance! I'm from Brazil, it's difficult to resort to support and I'm out of warranty.

Dude it also happens to me >:o

I’m just writing on all questions with the same issue just to see if we get any reply that’s useful...

it happend to me as well, and there is no way to contact razer support!! i will never by a razer product again!

I am having this same issue, it looks like there was a firmware update for the blackwidow chroma v2 but it does not seem to work with this version of the keyboard. Every time I try to run the updater I cannot get past the “Connect device to PC” step.

i have the same problem with my huntsman TE

I too have similar issues - I updated firmware to my Huntsman Elite v1 (1.22.00 r1) and I now get repeated i letters - when I press once i letter.. this happens always when synapse 3 was running.

I found kind of a workaround - disable brightness of the keyboard (so there is no effects running on it all). Kinda sucks that I have to use my keyboard without illumination, but at least I won’t get repeated i letters so often (with eclipse 3 running and full lightning set to the keyboard I get almost always repeated i letters when I type).

It has to be the firmware version which screwed the keyboard. With earlier version (I think it was 1.14) I had no similar issues. Pity one cannot downgrade the firmware.

And yes, I tried everything: removed synapse3, cleaned drivers and reinstalled it. Factory reseted the keyboard, changed used usb ports for the keyboard (behind the computer) - my keyboard is clean ; everything works fine if I just disable synapse 3.
