Hi there! Sorry to hear about your headset's concern. When did the issue start? Does it happen while the device is connected to a different USB port or computer? Please try connecting the headset from the last computer and USB port that it was detected. Go to the device manager and check if the keyboard's drive is on the list. Once confirmed, please uninstall then click Action, and then select scan for hardware changes. Let me know if it helps.

Apparently in device maneger it doesn't show a razer keyboard, shows up like usb mass storage and a flash usb drive, and the uninstall action doesn't seem to work.

I see. Have you checked the drivers under the "Human Interface Devices" section too? Also, did you tried resetting the keyboard? If yes, what method did you use?

I have already checked them and it only show my second keyboard not the razer one, i tried to uninstall the Flash usb device and the mass storage, but apparently that didn't worked, i think the solution is re flash the whole keyboard with the firmware.bin file from the razer keyboard, is there a way that can i get it provided? , not the razer firmware updater, just firmware.bin file from the razer keyboard

I see. Apologies for the inconvenience. However, the firmware.bin file is not available for download. Please reset the keyboard and see if it helps by following the steps below:

1. Please unplug your keyboard from the computer.
2. Once you have it unplugged, press and hold the FN key while plugging the keyboard back to the computer.
3. Your computer will recognize a new device and will start to install the drivers if this was done correctly."
