Razer Blackwidow V3 mini issue with xbox series x

So I have a Black Widow V3 Mini, and I plugged the dongle directly it into my xbox series x, but it would not work. However when I plugged the dongle into the mouse charging dock for my mouse that is also plugged into my xbox it works. Also when I plugged the dongle into a usb hub that I plug into the xbox it works. It seems only not to work when its plugged directly into the xbox. Anyone have this same issue? Is there an available fix? It seems odd the dongle needs to be connected to something else (usb extender, hub, dock) to function on the xbox. Thanks!
