Razer Blackwidow V3 Volume Wheel not working

I have seen a lot of people who also have this problem, but I've noticed that my volume wheel works when Synapse ISNT loaded, but the second Synapse gets loaded in by windows the volume wheel doesn't work. I haven't seen any other thread talking about this and would like to know if their is a fix. I also saw only on one occasion that my volume wheel acted as a mouse scroll wheel but I haven't had it happen since.

Hey! If the issue happens when the Razer Synapse is enabled, there may be a need for you to perform clean re-installation of the application as it is a possible fix to this error. If nothing changes, gather Razer Synapse logs and send them to me via PM to identify the culprit to this issue.
