It is listed on the official website that the RZ09-0370 is one of it, and I went into the BIOS but cannot find the option in the Chip section. Why?

The chat support is a circular reference, the chat with live agent function is not available and not even allowing me to wait. Why put available 7 days a week when its not?

Razer tech support is just terrible. The chat support says 7 days a week but it kept bouncing back saying no live agent available. When there is one available, totally ignore my question and ask me if I would like to know about how to upgrade my laptop. Asked me to send in the screenshot and the chat doesn't accept .jpg even though the error message saying "we only accept file of a few type including .jpg. End up doesn't want to give me an email to send the screenshot to and he will email me right away but the email never come. And the support hour is over for today. Brilliant work at avoiding work/responsibility and dragging time. Bravo!
