Razer Blade 14 2021 3080 low CPU utilization and charging issues

I purchased the blade last august and only experienced this issue recently. It started about the beginning of last week, I booted up my pc to play some beam.ng drive and the game ran terribly, 20fps in 1440p and 30 tops in 1080. I opened up synapse for the first time to then see a pop-up stating to use the stock charger to access manual performance modes. I subsequently thought that this could be a charger/battery issue as I am using the stock 230 watt brick after all. The charger seems to be working fine the indicator is on and it charges. I tried to reinstall the battery drivers but to no avail. I tried to update my BIOS version, but for whatever reason I am unable to every time I try it just gets stuck right before the finish line. The thing I notice most when I am lagging is incredibly low CPU utilization like 5% tops. I have no clue what is going on. It is incredibly frustrating, I am restrained to playing old games like CS:GO and Left 4 Dead. So on the bright side at least not completely ruined, annoying nonetheless. Anyone experience anything like this or have any ideas?
