The integrated graphic is giving me lots of issue with Oculus Quest 2 that I am getting black screen in Oculus link all because of this. I tried disabled the integrated graphic in device manager but end up it switch to using more basic display driver. I never has this issue with Intel's Razer Blade 15. It feels like AMD and Blade/NVidia cards are not meant to be together...

You can’t disable it because it controls the laptops screen, unless you use external monitor maybe you could. I don’t have oculus so can’t confirm it but yes to me amd and windows update is more the issue like on some Vulkan games that’s needed current amd drivers somehow windows update updated it to older version that make some titles don’t launch, I’ve to disable windows update to avoid this problem, not sure if it’s related to your case though.

You can't disable it as @Joikansai said - but you can try to force use nvidia graphics when specific app/game is running (in nvidia driver or change graphics performance preference in windows setting, which is greatly described here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-110).

I had similar problem with black screen in OBS Studio on dual GPU setup, and for me the 2nd option (changing graphics preference in windows) helped.
