Razer Blade 14 (2022) Reboot During Sleep / USB - C Monitor

We have a couple of Razer Blade 14 (2022) since they were first released and we have been running into two issues:

1) Since the time we purchased the devices using a monitor with the USB - C port has been hit and miss at best. Sometimes they work on plug-in and other times they require restarting the computer and monitor. We have tried messing with power options, resetting the ports, updates etc... and nothing has resolved this problem. Then a couple months ago a Windows Update seemed to make them at least a little more stable BUT

2) The same Windows update seemed to cause and issue where the computers no longer reliably sleep without randomly rebooting. E.g. if the computer is put to sleep at midnight it will reboot at 4am and then again at 6am. Tried a number of things to resolve this including disabling wake timers

In an attempt to resolve issue #2 I updated all the AMD drivers on one of the machines from the AMD website and installed the AMD Adrenalin edition. This seemed to have fixed issue number 2 as the computer hasn't rebooted while sleeping in a couple days. However, now the USB - C port is broken again.
