Hey guys, I've been noticing some iffy performance in the cpu department so I ran some benchmarks and found that my cpu is scoring quite a bit lower than other benchmarked 7700HQ's. In Cinebench R15, I'm getting 500 on average where others are averaging at 725. There didn't seem to be any throttling and turbo was enabled in bios. I understand that not all laptops with similar specs will perform exactly the same, but it does seem odd to me that older and slower cpu's are scoring better than mine. I'd really appreciate it if anyone reading would post cinebench scores on your 7700HQ and help determine if I have a faulty cpu. Thanks!

Is there any apps running like watching video etc when you ran it? It could also lower the score.

Thanks for the reply! I made sure the only running process was Cinebench itself.

Try other benchmark like Firestrike, look at CPU score it should around 10000. Just tested my Blade 14, yes Cinabench R15 CPU is around 700.

Most of the benchmarks I found only stated the cpu, and I found someone who Cinebenched a blade pro with a 6700HQ.

Thanks for sharing your score! I'm downloading Firestrike right now so I can test mine. You're Cinebench score leads me to believe that something isn't right on my end. I'll have to see what the microsoft store can do for me. Thank you guys, this was helpful.
