Hi, so I recently underwent a bunch of thermal issues with my Blade. It was idling around 50-60, so I decided to redo my thermal paste. The application went smoothly, but the temperatures are mostly still the same. I'm hoping this is part of the burn in period required with Arctic Silver 5, but I also noticed something else. I tried running a game, The Forest, and it was running smoothly, but monitoring the temps shows them in the 90's, even spiking to 100. But here's the kicker: the fans never increased in speed. Since redoing the thermal paste (maybe two hours ago), the fans haven't exceeded maybe 25% power. Synapse only has the option for "Quiet Mode" and "Cool Mode", and when I set it to Quiet the fans reduce in speed. I've tried Notebook Fan Control too and that still has no effect. I'm really not sure what I should do because the fans are absolutely plugged in and working to some extent. Any and all advice helps, thank you!

Do you mind sending me the serial number of the laptop and a screenshot of the MSINFO32? I can use those to look into possible BIOS or firmware-related solutions. For now, try to switch to different power plans. Let me know how that goes.
