Razer Blade 14 Maintenance

A friend of mine is traveling abroad to the US, and I am asking if Razer support can check my laptop and fix it.

The issue with it is that it keeps instantly turning off even though it is plugged in and charging. The only solution to this I found is unplugging the charger and plugging it multiple times until the laptop stops turning off.
I presume the issue would be overheating because it does overheat fast on simple processes, but the fact I can fix the issue by plugging the charger over and over again means there is another underlying issue I cannot still understand.

When I plug the charger multiple times it stops turning off until I take the plug out once and the cycle repeats itself until it stops again.

I am wondering if Razer does take in laptops and get them fixed or not because I will be handing over mine to my friend that is traveling to the US.

Laptop name: Razer Blade Ultrathin Gaming Laptop

You can do it yourself (laptop cleaning) - there are many maintenance videos on YT how to do it properly.
This is for newer version of blade 14, but it'll be very similar to your model:

I have already cleaned up my laptop and applied thermal paste before, but as mentioned previously in my post, the problem supersedes cleaning and instead the issue is with my laptop heating up and/or instantly turning off when unplugged and plugged randomly.

That said, I still appreciate your reply thank you.
