Razer Blade 15 1060 Base model Problems?

Hello, i've bought my razer blade 15 two weeks ago.
The thing is, this is my first laptop, so i don't know how hot they are supposed to run, or what is considered too hot. I downloaded throttlestop and Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, because i felt my laptop was too hot between the screen and the keyboard. I was testing multiple games: GTAV, Fortnite and WoW.
I used an external screen where i was checking the temperatures, The game ran on the laptop screen.
The average temperatures of the cores were 70-85 degrees, but rarely it hit 90, and once it even hit 100 degrees, for like half a second, and it went back to the 70-85 range. I tought to myself it's not too bad, might undervolt it later to make it a bit better. When i exit the game i went to the synapse app and put the performance mode back to 'balanced" from "gaming" mode where I had the fans spin on a manual, higher rpm.
In that exact second i noticed i couldn't move my cursor, windows button didn't work, the machine froze. After like 20 seconds i could move the cursor again, but not for long. The Secondary, Extended screen went black.
I left it as it was for 5 minutes, but nothing happened, fans kept spinning loud, so i hard restarted the machine.
After restarting it was fine, nothing strange, not an error message. What could cause this? Are my thermals the problem maybe?
Thanks for the answers in advance! 🙂

How long did you spend per game before switching to another and did you reboot the system before switching? I can help you pinpoint what caused the freezing if you send me your System and Application logs from Windows Event Viewer via PM.
