I have a Razer Blade 15 2018 Adv edt, It was working flawlessly until it suddenly stopped charging, while I was using it.
Currently,
*Checked outlets, by plugging in a different device, it has power.
*The Razer Adapter has its green light when plugged in, it emits a faint sound plugged in.
*The Laptop will not charge, on or off
*The charger doesn't seem to build heat, as it should when charging usually.
Any possible insights in this predicament?

Yes I did, so my issue was the charger. There is a way to test the charger if you have a multimeter. Plug it into the wall and test with the positive lead in either of the holes in the laptop charging end and the negative lead on the outer metal. Make sure you are also in DC voltage on the multimeter. You should get around 19 or 18V if you get less like I was then you have a bad charger.
Thank you, I bought a new charger - unfortunately still have the exact same issue.
:(
Anyone have any idea where to find a support center in the US? And or a way to fix this on my own?
