Good day!

I'm experiencing logo, camera and microphone malfunction, thermal throttling since the September softwire update. It started with a power adapter malfunction. It has shut down with no visible reason. I've been texting Razer Support in order to fix it, case number:03246464. At first they told me they can replace it, but after few days I've been told they don't have a shipping system to help me. I've bought a new one in the middle of October and started to use laptop but I found out fps drops and thermal throttling. Now in order to use a camera I found out that it also does not work as well as microphone.
Even more than that, thermal throttling dynamic is going up day by day. I've been searching Razer Insider forums due to find a solution, and I've found out this is not a single case. this looks like a systemic issue.

Honourable Razer, please help with this. My laptop Product Number:RZ09-02386E52, Serial Number:BY1837A45102125. Power adapter Product Number:RC30-02480100, Serial Number:951833U03404649. I live in Beijing, China.

If someone else knows what is going out with is, contact me.
