Since today I found out that my RB 15 is not charging anymore (it is 2 weeks old).
I have to specify that I have a dual boot system: ubuntu for research / windows for the rest.
Today I have updated synapse and my laptop seems to not charge anymore. Neither while shutdown neither when running ubuntu or windows. However, both Ubuntu and Windows detected a AC power source. I noticed that my laptop is an RZ09-02385 model which apparently was affected in the past by a similar issue (https://dl.razer.com/drivers/BladeC1/Blade%2015%20%282018%29%20EC%20Updater%20v1.02.pdf), yet in this case my pc wouldn't charge neither when it is running. As a side note, the led indicator of the charger is correctly green, but the laptop's led is not turning on.
I'm so disappointed because it is an expensive laptop and if we pay a premium price, such thing shouldn't happen.
