Razer Blade 15 (2018) Overheating & Battery Swell

Hi there,

I purchased my Razer Blade 15 roughly 2 years ago, meaning its no longer under warranty.

Recently, I've noticed the trackpad swelling upward a tad, and that the bottom plate of the laptop no longer sits flush with my desk. Beyond this, many games are now thermal throttling VERY hard.

I'm looking to have the laptop serviced by Razer themselves, but I'm finding it difficult to contact support, due to my warranty being no longer applicable.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same problem with the 2018 battery. I went through Geek squad because I got an extended warranty with them. I They replaced the battery for me.
I've just removed a bulging battery from my 2012 Mamba mouse. I don't have warranty anymore, but I would like to know if I can simply buy a replacement battery for it. I don't see any batteries in the razer store unfortunately. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Found a seller on ebay actually after some more searching. Here's hoping it's not a scam :big_grin_:
I have the same problem. I can't even send a PM to razer support or creat a new thread because I get an error!!! I can only reply on other peoples threads.

I have the exact same model and situation. I'm not sure how to contact them, I just want to know what my options are.
I created a separate thread with my issue (as I can't contact Razer Support due to expired warranty). /swelling-battery.61074/

It looks like this for me:
