Razer Blade 15 2019 2070 Max-Q heating issues

Hello,

I just purchased the Razer Blade 2019 2070 Max-Q, 512 SSD.

The laptop is very hot. Even on idle the palm rest are too warm for me to rest my hands on them. It's not burning hot but too uncomfortable and that's with doing nothing, just browsing Chrome or even doing nothing.
I have tried all energy mode, Balanced, Creator, Gaming, plugged on not plugged in.
I have flashed Bios to 1.4.
Did all Windows update + Geforce drivers.

Still the laptop runs too warm. Even when I crank the fans up by going to manual control, the fans go up and make a lot of noise i feel cool air being blown out but the front of the laptop does not cool down even after 15-20minutes.

Any ideas please let me know, any other software updates or tricks and tools to diagnose this as I'd rather not send back the unit. Any app I could run to troubleshoot? The Razor support wasn't great, the guy basically told me to do a system restore. But I had just setup the laptop.

Could it be wrong CPU voltage?

CPU performs strong, over 2000cb if Cinebench R20.
GPU works well with 200FPS in DOOM on ultra.

Help! Thanks.

Hi there! Help is here. We might be needing a system restore with your Blade 15 to further determine if this is a hardware defect or not. I highly suggest backing up all your data before proceeding. Please let me know if you're good to go so I can provide you the steps.
