Razer Blade 15 2019 Advanced mic problems

I have had issues with the microphone of the laptop not working since I bought it, so I always had to have a pair of Headphones to be able to talk in video conferences. After 2 days of trying and trying again to solve the issue, I was able to identify the issue, as it being configured with the wrong driver.

Even though Windows identifies the Hardware as being Intel Smart Sound Technology Audio controller, it is not.

And everything is working fine right now!!

I also think it is a good idea to disable driver updates within windows update, to prevent it from updating it with the wrong driver again, you can find that here:

Hope this helps someone, as it helped me. It prevented me from dealing with an RMA.
