Lately the laptop started this weird behavior of not turning the screen on when i start the computer. The keyboard turns on, sometimes you hear the fans, but the OS wont load, the razer logo at the beginning never pops up. It stays in Black screen until i force shut down and then try again and again and again until it loads the OS properly on the screen.
This is Random behavior but usually after using the laptop for a while and then shutting it down.
I have done everything others have mention, from going back to the previous Nvidia Driver 452.06 but it keeps doing the same thing.
Its definitely something else, wouldn't be surprised if the Razer synapse is to blame.

I just update the BIOS to 1.03..... lets see how it goes in a week.

We are aware of this, and the issue is currently being investigated. I highly recommend that you submit a ticket from here or send me a PM so I can do it on your behalf. For now, please roll back to older GPU drivers. I've received reports from users with similar specs that Nvidia Driver 452.02 is stable so you might want to give that a try.
