Razer Blade 15 2020 black screen

My brand new Razer Blade 15 base model (RTX 2070 with i7-10750H) is getting a black screen with only a cursor on startup after installing a Windows 10 update. Ctrl+alt+delete doesn't work and neither does Ctrl+shift+ESC or Windows+R. Only Windows+P works to bring up the Projector menu. I have tried booting into safe mode once to disabd the dedicated graphics and again to re-enable it and disable the integrated graphics. The only thing that works is uninstalling the most recent update. Please help.

I found a solution to my problem. I performed a startup repair to uninstall the most recent update. I then uninstalled the driver for my dedicated graphics card (RTX 2070 in this case). I let windows install the update it was having trouble with, and it booted up just fine. I think it was the Nvidia game ready driver I had installed that was messing with it. I installed the driver after the update and restarted the computer just to be sure. This solved my problem.
Did it fix it entirely for you? Had the same problem and rolling back a Windows update helped with bringing screen back, but I am curious if uninstalling Nvidia drivers and then installing Windows update would work. Also saw some suggestions that limiting the display to 60Hz helps too, but it's not viable.
