razer blade 15 2021 mic doesn't work

Hi,

My mic doesn't work. I have tried to reinstall the driver(Realtek), but it didn't help at all.
I have run out of ideas. My laptop is quite new machine. Any advice on this one please?

Were there any updates applied to your system before the issue? Have you tried doing a factory reset on your laptop? If you haven't, please click this link. If that doesn't help, send me the serial number of your Razer Blade 15 via PM. I can use it to verify its model and take a closer look at the behavior.
