Razer Blade 15 (2021) W/ THX Audio cutting out

    Ever since I got my RZ09-0369 its audio has been acting up. Occasionally, the audio will completely cut, including system audio, for both the integrated speakers and headphone jack (Both under realtek audio w/ THX Spatial). When I plug my headphones in via a usbc cable though, audio plays fine since my computer recognizes it as a different output with Conexant USB Audio. The realtek audio will eventually correct itself after some time using the Conexant.

    I've tried restarting and reinstalling the driver, which didn't appear to make a difference.

    Were there any updates applied to your system before the issue? Try isolating the behavior by checking some steps from this page. If that didn't work, please send me the serial number of your device via PM. I can use it to look into possible solutions.
