Hi all,

I have a razer blade 2022, UHD configuration.
I keep experiencing BSODs (SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED) when browsing the internet and watching videos (never while gaming). The driver that is causing issues is WifiCx.sys.
I do ot know what to do, I tried the suggested fix on Windows forums and on the Razer website.
I would like to understand the cause and I would prefer avoiding the Windows 11 reinstallation.
I have all dumps available to be shared.
Could you please help me with this issue? Has anyone experienced the same problem?
Thank you.

Hi,
Try to run "cmd" as administrator, then type: sfc /scannow
It'll scan all system files, and if there will be corruption, it'll try to repair it.
Also you can check if you have latest updates installed for OS and drivers for GPUs/network cards.

Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and start a case so I can raise your concern to the relevant team.

This I tried several times, and everything is updated.
