Razer Blade 15 Advance (Late2019) - Battery Swollen

I have a razer blade 15 advance (Late2019) in Hong Kong, recently I found the lid never closes completely with the base of the laptop and didn't know why. Until today I found the bottom of the laptop has a curvature that I have not seen before, looks as if the battery has gone swollen.

Went on to the support page, just tells me never to replace the battery on my own, and seems there is no direct way to contact a repair centre for battery replacement.

Never thought the product will be so unreliable, to have a swollen battery for using just under 3 years.
I have a 2012 macbook pro, still works completely fine after so many years.
Anyone have any advice on where I can find a repair centre for this issue in Hong Kong?

Thank you.

Sorry to hear about what happened to your laptop's battery. Razer can offer an out-of-warranty repair as long as it is not part of the discontinued models, which are listed here. Feel free to send me a PM so I can help you initiate a support ticket/repair request.
