I seem to have the same issue that 99% of people seem to be experiencing with Razer Blade 15 Advanced models; camera not working and logo not lighting up (and potentially microphone not working). I've owned this for a while but it hasn't been used a lot; I've checked SSD use and it has had less than 500 hours on time.
The issue may have happened a long time ago but given that I don't use the camera (or stare at the logo light) or the laptop much at all, I'm unsure when this would've happened.
I love Razer products and have been using a lot for the past year or two but this seems to be unacceptable. Is there a easy permanent repair to this? Despite warranty likely being expired and this almost being a design/engineering fault from factory, does Razer cover the repairs?

Were there any changes made to your laptop before the issue? Did you receive and install any Windows updates recently? Please provide me the following details:
- Video/screenshot of Device Manager showing if the camera driver is missing.
- Photo of the BIOS main ta.
- A screenshot of System Information
- A screenshot of your Windows Update history.
- The Razer Synapse version (Click the gear/cog icon at the top right. For Synapse 3.0, click “About”).
Please save the files in your Google Drive or another online storage then send the link via PM. Let's continue from there
