I have had the Razer Blade 15 Advanced since a few days. After setting it up, I noticed that Windows does not recognize the connected power adapter and discharges the battery to 97%. However, Windows then charges the battery to 100% and this repeats all the time. Of course, the full performance is not available during the discharge.

Does anyone know the problem and even have a solution for it?

Are there any activities on the laptop while charging? Do send me the serial number of your Razer Blade 15 via PM. I can use it to verify its model and help you recalibrate the battery. Let's continue our conversation from there.
