    So i just got this laptop brand new about 3 weeks ago, and i feel like ive been spending so much time trying to figure out why they backlighting doesnt work on my keyboard, well it works when it wants to, about one out of every 30 restarts itll work but once it goes to sleep ill lose it again for who knows how long.

    Ive factory reset the laptop, updated drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse, and now ive reached out for support, anyone here know a trick or a fix?

    Try the steps here to fix the Synapse issue and you can get the BIOS updater here for your laptop. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can check for other workarounds to help you resolve the problem or forward your case to our Software Team if necessary.
