Razer Blade 15 Advanced RTX 3080 Using 0% GPU

I got my laptop for rendering long videos. While rendering, the CPU usage is high but the integrated GPU usage is low and the dedicated GPU is at 0%. I followed the instructions in the article linked below to set the computer to use the dedicated GPU but there is no change in the performance. The RTX 3080 is still at 0% usage. How can I fix this? Also I noticed that the Razer Synapse 3 program shown in the article has a GPU Mode setting, but my Razer Synapse does not have this setting even though this model (Blade 15 Advanced Model (Mid 2021) - RZ09-0409) is on the list of models that should have that setting.
