I got my new Razer Blade 15 Advanced yesterday, and did all the normal setup, including installed GHub as all my periphrals are Logitech. Mouse, Keyboard work fine, but no sound at all to my G733 headset.
I've checked and tried pretty much everything I can think of, and for context, even the Windows test audio from control panel fails. So this is not a "did you select the right audio device" discussion. Something on the laptop is clashing with the headset.
What I've tried so far:
- Uninstall THX Spatial Audio
- Uninstall Ghub
- Reinstall Ghub
- Restart the laptop
- Reinset the USB dongle for the headset
- Windows device fixer
- Reboot the Windows audio handler
I've read on a lot of other forums about "Advanced Audio" but I have no option for this on any of my devices, so I don't think that can be the issue.
Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks!
Also, the headset it tested and working on multiple other windows and mac desktops and laptops. All work perfectly first time.
