Razer Blade 15 Advanced - Won't output sound to Logitech G733


Hi all, first post and new to the Razer community!

I got my new Razer Blade 15 Advanced yesterday, and did all the normal setup, including installed GHub as all my periphrals are Logitech. Mouse, Keyboard work fine, but no sound at all to my G733 headset.

I've checked and tried pretty much everything I can think of, and for context, even the Windows test audio from control panel fails. So this is not a "did you select the right audio device" discussion. Something on the laptop is clashing with the headset.

What I've tried so far:

  • Uninstall THX Spatial Audio
  • Uninstall Ghub
  • Reinstall Ghub
  • Restart the laptop
  • Reinset the USB dongle for the headset
  • Windows device fixer
  • Reboot the Windows audio handler

I've read on a lot of other forums about "Advanced Audio" but I have no option for this on any of my devices, so I don't think that can be the issue.

Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks!

Also, the headset it tested and working on multiple other windows and mac desktops and laptops. All work perfectly first time.

More context for this, the USB connection is definitely working in some way because the system responds to me changing the volume on the headset. So I can turn the volume dial on the headset and it changes the volume in Windows.
Another update - I also have a Fiio USB DAC, this also won't work. The laptop won't recognise that there's another audio device connected and the Fiio driver software can't see that the the DAC is connected.

I have checked that the USB ports are otherwise working with other devices, and they are.

Was everything covered? Have you contacted our Support Team? Have you checked the Windows camera, microphone, and privacy settings and check if your headset has permission to be controlled over by your computer apps?
