Razer blade 15 (base) blue screen of death

I’ve had the razer blade 15 (base) with 256nvme for 3ish months with no major issues. Yesterday it got a blue screen then booted to bios. It rebooted just fine so I thought nothing of it. Today it keeps getting the blue screen randomly. Sometimes before I can even sign in. I’ve tried the GPU drivers and disk check but still crashes. I noticed that right before it crashes it shows the SSD as 0mb R and 0 mb W in task manager. Then it crashes and boots to bios, in bios the nvme doesn’t show up. It’s also gotten into a bios loop but after unplugging it started again. I noticed it also crashes when I close the lid or it goes to sleep. If someone could help it would be much appreciated, thanks.

Edit: I should add that it has a similar problem with the ssd not responding on Ubuntu(which is also installed on the ssd)
Edit 2: The bios time is also jumping ahead a few hours.

So I thought I figured it out. I ran some test and it worked fine a day. Now the problem is back and just as bad. Why is this still happening and why did it go away for a day

Hi there! Can you share a photo of the BSOD error? Also, can I have the current BIOS version number?

I’m currently waiting a response from the email support. It’s been 5 days. I know it’s the ssd that’s not working right. I was wondering if I could try to replace the ssd? Would that void the warranty?

Replacing the SSD will not void the warranty as long as there are no damages sustained from the switch. Please PM me the case number so I can take a look at your case.
