Razer Blade 15 Base mid 2019 too loud while idle

I have recently bought a Razer Blade 15 Base mid 2019 model. I love everything about it except that the fans spin making a sound of roughly 44 dB when I'm just web browsing or watching videos. This is really annoying when I study and don't use my headphones, the noise drives me crazy. The behaviour is simple to describe: it starts out quiet, then runs for about 5 minutes and hits about 53 degrees then fans kick in, bringing it down to about 40 degrees in about 10 min and then turning off again. Then the cycle repeats.

Is it possible to slow it down or something to make it run less hot and more quiet, or can I maybe set the fan speed a little lower but make it constantly run at that speed, that would be less annoying than it changing every so often? Or maybe there is some other solution? Or maybe there is no solution and this is just what I should expect from a thin and powerful laptop? Any help would be much appreciated!

Just to clarify, I don't care about the noise while gaming but I want it to be dead silent while I'm just doing simple tasks like watching videos and web browsing.

+1 I'd also like an answer on this. Also wondering if anyone's had the same issue on the Blade Pro 17" or if there's a way to have fans completely off/silent during idling/casual tasks
