Razer Blade 15 base unable to update to win 10 version "1903"

  1. Has there been an official Razer update on this situation? I thought a fix was going to be released by Razer in Aug. or early Sept., but I can't find anything that gives an update. I've tried any and (mostly) all of the proposed fixes mentioned in the community (at least those I know enough to do), but I'm still unable to get the #1903 update. This has been exceedingly frustrating!
