Hi, We just bought my razer blade 15 advance 2019 yesterday as a gift of my wife to me however I just noticed today that it is not turning on when it’s not plugged in. I also tried to turn it on while plugged in, it worked but when I unplugged it, it shuts down immediately. This is really frustrating. I tried searching online and it seems that I’m the only one having this issue. I hope someone can help me as soon as possible. Thanks!

I don’t think that the store I bought it from knows anything to fix this.

Hi there! Are you still having the same issue? Please try to reinstall the ACPI driver. Let me know how it goes.
It’s all good now. I did that but it didn’t work. What worked is the windows troubleshooter, probably there’s just something wrong with the settings.
