Razer Blade 15 Fan Noise

I have owned this laptop for about little more than a month now and for the past two weeks now the right side fan has been making a rattling noise, it goes away sometimes but now it has gotten worse and too loud to ignore. I use the laptop for mainly recording audio so this is a massive issue whenever the fan kicks off and I am trying to record at a studio. The laptop hasn't been dropped, damaged or miss handled in anyway.

Has anyone ever experienced this problem and is there anyway I can resolve it without having to send the laptop back? This is my only workstation so I can't risk having no machine and then having to reinstall all my tools again.

The right fan is nvidia gpu fan. But yes I remember sometimes mine does also rattle sound on low rpm right before stop after heavy load though, even not personally too disturbing. Idk much about music softwares but since it’s Fan for nvidia dgpu try go to nvidia controll panel, manage 3D setting and on program setting change your music software to integrated graphics to let intel igpu only work, i think you don’t need dgpu to run music software do you? Sometimes optimus laptop wrongly detect gpu that should work. Other thing to note is that using external monitor through hdmi and display port, or some software like MSI afterburner may push nvidia dgpu to work, you can check this on performance tab in task manager.
Hope this may be helpful.

Thanks for your advice, since I started running the application using the integrated graphics the fan stopped making that noise, it doesn't even make the noise when playing games either so I'm not sure what changed but I am no longer having this problem, thanks again!
I also have some pretty annoying idle (i.e., just browsing the web or doing non-graphically intensive tasks) fan noise from the GPU fan. How easy or difficult would it be to just replace that fan with a new one myself? I'd hate to be without my beloved Blade for a week or two if I have to send it in to Razer for something so simple!

As far as your situation, I do sound recording also, and my only other suggestion would be to try isolating the sound of the laptop fan away from your mic so they don't pick it up. A simple one is to just physically relocate the laptop further from the mic(s), but you could try putting it on a blanket or some other sound-deadening material to make the fan noise less audible and less susceptible to being picked up. Hope this helps! (and I hope a Razer insider can help us out here with some tips or info on how to make this better, since for those of us that do audio things with the laptop having minimal fan noise is really important!

Little bit more research found that someone did a nice disassembly of the Razer Blade 15 here, which shows the fans fully visible: https://www.laptopmain.com/razer-blade-15-2018-disassembly/

From the images of the fans, it looks like they're a cheap part to replace! I just ordered one of these, which seems like it'll do the trick: https://www.ebay.com/itm/181572322912

Do you connect the Blade with External Monitor doing your sound Recording works? If yes try not using hdmi or DP, both connected directly to dgpu (right one) that may kick that fan in.
About EBay parts, hmm I’m not sure it’s great one.

My right side fan is also making quite an annoying noise. Started out of nowhere, also never dropped it nor damaged.
Already contacted Razer Support and now I'll send the laptop back to be repaired.
