Razer Blade 15 has loose piece rattling around inside: known problem?

I have owned my laptop for about 1.5 years (it is out of warranty) and regularly take it to and from work in a backpack. I just noticed that there seems to be a screw or something small and loose inside the case that is moving around and rattling when I pick up the laptop, although the laptop still functions as of now. I will open it up as soon as I can buy the necessary screwdriver, but I'm not sure how to proceed beyond that if I can't figure out where the piece came from or if the piece is broken off and irreplaceable. Thus, I was wondering: is there any known issue like this, such as a piece that is known to break off or a screw that is known to come undone? (I tried searching the forums for similar issues, but I only found one related thread in which this was observed in a brand new laptop and because the laptop was still covered by warranty, the conversation was redirected to PMs and didn't provide any info.) Thank you!

It's not a common issue for Razer Blades, and it is rare to happen. Have you contacted our Support Team about this? Anyhow, if you want to open your laptop, do let me know how that goes by sending me the serial number of your Razer Blade via PM. That way, I can take a closer look and know the next course of action. I'll be locking this thread now.
