Razer Blade 15 - New Order

    Hi friends, last Sunday I ordered a new Razer Blade 15. I paid additional shipping charges to have it ship in 3-5 days. The order is pending and I cannot get Razer Customer Service, headquarters or anyone from Razer to respond.

    I created a ticket with Razer and they provided a case number but I have not heard back yet.

    Has anyone experienced the same problem or know if Razers are back ordered?

    Use their web chat. The phones are always busy and hard to get through, but you will eventually get them on phone if you keep trying over and over. They likely need an authorization code from the bank to fulfill the order. Getting them in chat is your best and quickest option.
