Razer Blade 15 not charging properly when playing games

Hi,
I bought a Razer Blade 15 Advanced a couple of months ago and had little issue with it so far, but 2 days ago things changed. When I turn the laptop on and connected to power, it displays that it is charging just fine and stays that way until I start performing any high demand task (such as playing games, has happened with League of Legends, Doom Eternal and Dragon Age Inquisition, even in the lowest settings). It then proceeds to no longer charge (still connected to power), and the game performs as in battery mode. While this is happening, the laptop does charge every now and then for a second (FPS spikes as if the game was trying to perform normally), and then goes back to not charging and poor performance. If I stop gaming tasks, after a few minutes the laptop will then proceed to charge intermittently, alternating between charging and on battery every few seconds.
I've attempted this fix https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/393/~/the-razer-blade-battery-is-either-not-charging-or-not-detected but was not successful. Please help 🙂

Sorry to hear about what happened to your laptop's charging concern. Have you contacted our Support Team via email? If you haven't, allow me to communicate with the team on your behalf by sending me the following:

a. MSinfo logs.
b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver)
c. Photo of the BIOS main tab.
d. Windows Battery Report

• Hit Windows Button + X and select Command Prompt (Admin). This is the quickest way to open the Command Prompt as an administrator.
• Type in and enter: powercfg /batteryreport

Note: This command will create a battery report under C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\battery-report.html or, in Windows versions older than Windows 10, under C:\\Users\\[Username]. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. I’ll be locking this thread now to divert our conversation privately.
