Razer Blade 15 Solid White LED DOES NOT POWER ON

My Razer Blade 15 shows a solid white LED on the front indicator when plugged into the mains adapter but when the device is powered on, there is no response and the laptop appears dead.

I take the adapter out and the led stays on (solid white) presumably drawing power from the battery. I try holding down the power button and I press it multiple times but I cannot get any response from the laptop. The white solid LED also just stays on no matter how many times I press the power button. The only way to shut the white LED off is to perform the 10 second reset. (Plug in the mains, hold power button for 10 seconds, take out the adapter, release power button, put back in the adapter and turn back on). This process successfully shuts off the solid white front led indicator but does not solve my issue and I still have a laptop that is not switching on or responding.

Please help.

There is a big possibility that either the battery or the adapter is defective. Nevertheless, I suggest you try the steps here for further isolation. If the same issue persists, please PM me the serial number so I can start a case and forward it to the RMA Team for a repair request.
