Hi,
I have a similar issue to many people where my right and left-click buttons on the trackpad can no longer be pressed (unless great pressure is applied). This has gradually got worse over time, and now it is almost impossible to press. I have only had the laptop for just over 2 years and have never damaged it in any way, I barely use the TrackPad as I use a Razer mouse. The warranty has ran out, but how can I get this fixed?
I use the laptop for my University work which is due shortly and should not be having this issue, which seems like a very common issue that should have had a recall! I am also worried that the issue with the battery could result in other damages.
Any support would be greatly appreciated.
Chris

Please PM me the serial number of your laptop so I can validate its model and start a case for a battery replacement/repair request. Thank you!
