    Hi y'all,

I just recently got the new Razer Blade 15, my very first blade. (Always wanted to get one of these when the original blade came out)

While everything is great (just don't like how the temps can go over 90C on gaming), I have a question.

Is it possible to charge the Blade 15 through USB-C?

I know y'all must be thinking, "Hell no, it needs more wattages to charge it since the charger is rated as 230 Watts". True and I agree. But since I have devices that already use a USB-C plug, I was thinking if I could just use one adapter across my device to allow me to bring less stuff around without the need to bring the quite heavy charger.

I know that USB-C does not output high wattages, I don't mind for my use case. I game at home but I use productivity programs (Word, Excel, google chrome) outside, therefore I wouldn't need a high wattage to sustain the workload.

    Is it possible???

PS: Is anyone getting power limit throttling on their blade 15???

Extra core on Blade 15 made it need more power to run, alone cpu already 45 Watt plus this and that. AC Adapter for 1060 one is already 200 Watt and usb C max power supply is only 100 Watt, so it’s impossible imo, unless...maybe...if you can tweak the bios and use very many minimum wattage on the laptop. I tried this before with 2017 14 Blade, ended with bought stealth for on go and work usage.
About power limit throttling, @Firebat246 seems working with Razer Support to make it clear, it’s 35 Watt after a seconds in 45 Watt things right, to me it doesn’t impact any of my performance, still getting good cinebench R15 cpu score 11xx, 30~% better than my old 7700HQ, as well in firestrike graphics 16K vs 10K on 7700HQ, it’s nice to get higher though;)

Currently working through power limit issues... this is something that won't be too hard to fix once it's ironed out. The power brick included is plenty powerful for what's needed. I will update my main thread when I have more details!

I know its possible with the dell precision 5520 which is a similar machine. (I guess the new 5530 does too?)
