Razer Blade 15 will not turn on

My Razer Blade 15 wont turn on. The power adapter is working, but the LED on the blade is off. It was also always plugged in and always fully charged before it broke. I followed the steps on the support video, but it didn’t work. When I hold the power button for 10 seconds the power indicator flashes white once, but nothing else happens after that. I can’t seem to find any answers anywhere on these forums, YouTube comments, Reddit, etc. I’ve only had this laptop for a year, and I don’t even put it through heavy use. I only use it to occasionally make music, and watch shows. I also have lots of important data on it that I will lose if I do not get it fixed. PLEASE HELP!!!

Did you already try the steps here? If that didn't work, PM me the serial number of your laptop so I can start a case and forward it to our RMA Team for a possible repair request. I'll be closing this thread to curb our conversation privately.
