Razer Blade 17 2019 Slow Internet

I just purchased this laptop and got it all setup. It seems that my ethernet and wifi are both only getting around 15-25 mbps. I have gigabit internet and I am able to easily get 500mbps on my desktop which is connected to the same ethernet switch that I have the Blade connected to. The router is literally only 3 feet away. I did tests on speedtest and fast.com. I updated windows to update the drivers and such, and did the intel driver assistant to update wifi drivers. Nothing has even impacted it at all.
