Razer Blade 17 2022 Networking Issues

I am having network issues while running Classic WoW on my Razer Blade 17 2022. My router is the Asus GT-AXE11000. I've tried turning off ipv6, switching from the 6e (6GHz) channel to the 5GHz channel, and rebooting the router, modem, and laptop. Other devices on the network do not seem to have any issues. In addition, I sent a message in General Chat in the game and no one else was having latency issues. The GPU was running at 99% capacity max. The CPU usage usually stayed below 20%. GPU temp stayed below 78 degrees with the hotspot hitting 86 degrees. The CPU temps on cores would occasionally spike to 100 degrees and would throttle but would then drop. Max CPU Core VID was 1.388v, max GPU core voltage was 1.081v and max GPU power was 197.6 watts. Max DDR temp was 63.8 degrees. Max drive temp was 46 degrees. Are these numbers within specs? I have updated all drivers and Windows 11 itself. Also, I am running the balanced power profile in Synapse and have a fan blowing on the case to help keep the laptop cool. Anyone have any ideas as to why I keep having latency issues? Is it my machine or is it more likely that it is my network provider?

Are you experiencing the same issue across all applications? I recommend you try the steps here for further isolation. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and forward your concern to the Engineering Team by starting a case if necessary.
