Try several times and waiting maybe windows repair took a bit time. If it doesn’t work try to access Recovery menu by pressing F9 after rebooting, but if you resetting it to factory form you’ll lose your data inside.

  3. Thank you for your response. I tried like 30 times alredy, recovery menu also gets stucked and Im unable to do a factory reset

Idk if now they’re still providing free usb recovery, I got one long time ago for my Razer Edge which had similar issue (stucked on windows loading), solved with Recovery usb from Razer even it was already out of Guarantee. Try ask support, I got also free for Blade 2015 before I sold it 1,5 years ago (had no issue but for buyer convenience I asked support and they sent me again free like for Razer Edge before).

I have run into the same problem. I have contacted their support staff in China. Their Recovery USB is out of stock for my model. I am patiently waiting for the good news.

Can you access the bios, by pressing F1 or esc right after pressing start button? If yes you can set there booting from usb and make windows installation through it.

I tried it countless times. Failed to load the OS from my USB. Thanks for your reply, anyway.

I see, then you should wait the recovery usb or send the laptop to them.
