Hi there. Like many others, I'm now unable to click down on my trackpad due to the battery swelling. If i leave it turned off and cooled down, i can click the touchpad, but whilst its in use it just becomes impossible.
Obviously the battery needs replacing but it seems I'm no longer in the Razer warranty window. Can someone help me get a replacement battery, I can't find any official razer batteries for sale.
Thank you.

Hi,
I'd remove the battery from your laptop, before it'll make some damage to the touchpad and contact Razer Support, I'm sure, that they'll help you: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/

Please PM me the serial number of your laptop so I can validate its model and share a copy of your receipt so I can check its warranty status. I will start a case and forward it to the RMA Team so we can check into our options in providing you with a replacement battery.
