Razer Blade 2019 Base Model Touchpad

I recently purchased a 2019 razer blade base model, and out of the box the touchpad was not working. I was able to get it to work for a few days by changing the driver in the device manager, however it has stopped working again.



As you can see, there is no synaptics driver in here, and nothing regarding the touchpad. I have no idea what the problem is.

When i click on mouse settings in the control panel, i also get this issue


And when i click yes, it doesn't do anything.

Any help is appreciated.
